How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Contact our team and your account will be set up within 24 hours — you'll receive login details by email. No payment details needed to get started.

What counts as a "campus building"?

Any physical building you manage keys and doors for — dorms, academic buildings, rec centres, etc. Each one counts as one campus building in your plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, at any time. Contact us and we'll handle the change. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on our managed infrastructure in an isolated, private database — your data never mingles with other tenants'.

Is there a per-key or per-door limit?

No hard limits. Track as many keys and doors as your campus needs.

How do add-ons work?

Add-ons are billed monthly on top of your base plan. Feature add-ons unlock individual Campus capabilities — floor plans, key agreements, ring checkout, priority support, and extended retention — on a Starter plan. Extra buildings can be added to any plan at $10 per building per month.

How does cancellation work?

Cancel any time by contacting us. Your data export is available for 30 days after cancellation.
