By accessing or using KeyDog ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KeyDog provides cloud-hosted software for managing physical keys, electronic access credentials, door records, and related audit trails for institutional and campus facilities teams.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@keydog.io if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications with reasonable notice where practicable.
All intellectual property in the Service, including software, design, and documentation, remains the property of KeyDog. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyDog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, your access will be disabled and data will be available for export for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KeyDog operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
